In general, the whole biomass pellet machine is composed the following steps: 
Wood chipping; Drying; Grinding; Pelletizing; Cooling; Screening; Dust collecting and Packing,electric control system.

1) Size: if your raw material is bigger than 8mm, better use a hammer mill.

2) Moisture: if your raw material moisture content is higher than 25%, should use dryer or drying by the sun.

3) Cooler: after pelletizing, if you want to pack the pellets directly, should use a cooler, or put the pellets aside and cooling by nature.
