Please attention,if produce straw pellets,there have some points:
The raw material size had better less than 2/3 of the mould's hole
The best moisture to produce pellets is 15-20%.
After using crush machine,and the finished products size about 6-8mm,it is powder shape,it can produce pellets directly.
Most importantly,the straw moisture must be dry,if fresh straw it can not be crushed.and the best moisture to crushing is 30%.If the moisture too wet,we suggest clients choose rotary dryer first and drying the moisture and then crushing it.
